The 2BV series liquid ring vacuum pump is suitable for extracting gas and water vapor, with suction pressure down to 33 mbar absolute (97% vacuum). When transformer oil is used as the working liquid, the suction pressure can reach 6.7 mbar absolute (99.3% vacuum), allowing it to replace reciprocating vacuum pumps. When operating near ultimate vacuum for long periods, a cavitation protection pipe should be connected. As a compressor, the maximum pressure reaches 0.26 MPa absolute. As a new generation energy-saving product, the 2BV series can replace SK, 2SK, W, WY, WL liquid ring vacuum pumps and reciprocating vacuum pumps of similar performance.

The 2BV6 liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor is mainly used for extracting explosive gases and operating in flammable or explosive environments.
